skunk with bta

i currently have a bta in my tank and want to get a pair of skunk clowns. will these be ruff with the anem if they host? currently the bta is about 3.5 - 4 inches in size and i wont get the skunks for about a month, just to make sure all is well with the bta before i take the next step.
