i bought a Greek goddess slug 2 days ago and all it did for 2 days was sit in one spot an the glass. now to day the slug has moved on to the rocks and has left a round slimy trail on the glass almost looks like frog eggs without the black dots. just not sure what they are and I'm sure they are from the slug. any ideas? If I am remembering correctly most sea slugs are herms and will carry a sperm packet from another for some time.
The pics are blocked at my school but the description is consistant with what I have seen from various species. Check out the SeaSlug forum.net if you want to read up on these guys at all

I have two students who want to do an observational study of the Carribean lettuce nudibranch. Should be an fun study plus lots of babies.

so should i keep them or scrape them off? kinda interested in watching them hatch! its like i have the discovery channel in my dining room

no need to scrap them off. Most will get eaten by the other guys in the tank as plankton. Same happens to most snail larva born in tank. Right now I must have 2-300 snail egg sacs on the walls along the corner seams of the tank. I will be surprised to see more than a handful make adult size
