small algae question?

It's a 2 month old tank that is succuming to some cyano. One of my gorgonians is getting the cyano on it, should I do anything? Could it kill it eventually?
thanks

A handful of water changes with RO/DI might help - make sure to vacuum out as much of the growth as possible. To be honest though most tanks go through a series of blooms before they stabilize.

add more flow
:D

More flow is an appropriate solution for many, many problems that we see in our tanks.

thanks all, I did plan on adding a powerhead in a few days. The only thing is is that ricordia don't like a lot of flow, so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do.

As far as the gorgonian, could it die from the cyano?
