small bubbles in tank

new to this site. hope someone out there will reply. I just starting my tank with a sump. For some reason, there are small bubbles. Will the water become crystal clear in time, how long?.

You have microbubbles. You may need to add baffles to your sump to help remove some of the bubbles. Your return pump may also be cavitating (sucking in air). If the return pump is sucking in air, you may need to raise the water level in your sump.

If you can give us pictures of your sump, it might help help us diagnose the problem.
