Small Clarkii Problem

One of my Clarkii Clowns has a small bump on its lip, like a soar. will that go away - or is there something special i need to do to treat him.

just watch it. if it gets worse I would put the fish in a QT and treat with maracyn. probably bumped itself. this sort of thing is common and will usually healitself in a few days
