small dino problem

The only thing that worked for me after trying many things was running mechanical filtration at night time using filter floss, they were gone in 3 days.

raise pH to 8.4... if it's a new tank they may burn out themselves. You an also go lights out for a few days.

no hair algae. It is like a mat, but on all the surfaces. Bottom, sides and rock.

I think I might try lights out for a few days.

how old is the tank? Dino's are usually a sign of a new or biologically unstable tank parameters. Boost your Ph with kalkwasser, DO NOT DO A WATER CHANGE, run active carbon instead until bloom subsides, need to limit the silicate that they build their shells with. I would also suggest looking into an alternate water source if this is an established tank.
