small gobies- how often to feed?

for those of you who keep the smaller goby species (eviota, trimma, priolepis, elacatinus) how often and what do you feed? these little guys seem to be pretty interesting, but I dont have the time to feed them multiple times a day- will a single feeding per day suffice?

possible tanks are a 5.5, 24, 29, and 40.
