Small Green Brain having problems....???

I came home from out of town and my tank was cooled down to about 62. Scared the heck out of me. All of the fish were just breathing but laying on the bottom. I quickly warmed up the tank and with my spare heater and moved the fish to bags and floated them in the other tank for warmth.

The problem I am having is my Green Brain. It is looking a little slimey and is not coming out like normal. I know that the cool water put it into shock, but is this a sign that it is not coming back. It was giving off what looked like slimey bubbles today when I got home from work so I pulled it out of the tank. I am floating it in a plasitic cup for now.

Any help........????? Welcome

I'd leave it in the display man. I'd assume that is your best bet. I've had my display cooled down before like that, and most everything came back, except for an acropora. Increase the flow around it, and hope for the best.

I agree. It is very difficult for me to give up on anything, sometimes to the detriment of other things...

I took all the water from the plastic cup and got rid of it and placed it back in the sand of my nano. Let's see how he does in the next few days. Looks pretty good right now.
