Hi guys,
I have read somewhere here (and was some what encouraged) that you can polish scratches out of glass.
I have a couple of hair line scratches (very, very thin but about 4" long). My tank is dry at the moment because it is being moved, so now would be the time, if ever to do it.
The scratches are on the inside. My local glazier said that he has a serum that you apply to glass and then buff off using a felt type scrubber that you attach to a drill.......... has anyone tried this before?
Is there any risk in weakening the glass, or making the matter worse, or is this a fool proof method (though I understand there is alot of elbo grease involved).
Thanks,
Regards,
Matt
