I remember someone posting a question 2-3 weeks back about recommendations for a small skimmer. I didn't remember exactly if it was because you had a small tank or it was because you had a small amount of sump space available or both. I wanted to let you know that I have an extremely small sump space available on my 58 gallon of 6x9 inches. I bought a Tunze 9010 skimmer with a footprint of approximately 5x5 on another forum used for $150. I was completely BLOWN away by the performance of this skimmer. I never knew how crappy my old skimmer was. LOL Just wanted you to know if you were still looking for a small but very powerful skimmer.
