you will need to remove the clams in bowl of tank water and take a toothbrush and brush them all off,make sure that you clean the whole shell,then place them back in the tank. you will need to do this at least 2 times a week for a month,even if you do see any a time or two keep checking because they are there.after a month keep checking once a week and remove any that you find.when you dont find any after looking for month or 2 they should be gone .good luck.
 
yes worry there are some wrasses that are supposed to eat them but I check my clams offten and remove all evidence of these pests.
 
there are about 1000 types of pyrams, and they dont all feed on clams. if i were you i would check your clams

they do feed at night, its best to check about 1 hour or so after lights out.
