Small Sump Leak - Worth fixing?

Just had a question regarding my sump.

It’s my first time building a saltwater aquarium. I purchased a baffle kit, siliconed it into the tank & just started filling it with water. It looks like I did a good job with the first few baffles but the last “over” baffle in the sump that is between the return chamber & the protein skimmer appears to have a very small seeping leak at the bottom joint of the baffle (where the wall meets the bottom of the tank).

I am just wondering if this is something I need to fix? I spent some time thinking about it & logically it seems like for it to be a issue, the return chamber would have to empty (meaning my return pump would run dry so I don’t see why I would allow that to happen), which would cause the leak to slowly refill the return chamber & lead to my skimmer being below its necessary water level. From what I’ve read, it sounds like the water level in the sump should be fairly steady? So seems like it may be a clinically insignificant issue. Having said that, I am the definition of a rookie in this hobby & might be missing something.

I realize that right now would be the best time to fix an issue like that but I do have 2 garbage pails filled with saltwater & liverock that I’d like to get into a tank that has a filtration system, not sure if letting it sit for another 48 hours would cause any issues.

I also just had to fix a small leak with the seal of the overflow box I ordered & just finished waiting the 48 hours for that to cure. It’s been a 3-4 month process researching & preparing all the equipment, I am admittedly impatient at this point 😅

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

From your description, I don't think it will be an issue. But, if you could post a picture of the sump pointing out the leaking baffle, we can confirm.
