I have a bunch of small white snail looking things on my tank glass that appear in the form of a concentric circle. I thought for awhile that it was coraline forming but i seen a couple of them moving! Not sure what they are. Can anyone help? Thanks.
Wow that was them! Right on target. But here is the thing. There are literally 100s if not 1000s of them in my tank. they are literally covering the walls and return lines, and some are on rocks. What eats them? Will mandarians eat them? thanks for the help!
No. mandarin's won't. i don't know what will, but my population declined sharply after my tank had been up for several months. You can also scrape them off if you like. They are filter feeders, and large numbers of them CAN point to excess nutrients in the tank.
