Small worm ID needed, lives under sand w/tentacles

I have tons of these guys in my tank, they sit just under the sand and have many tentacles that come out and grab food and stuff. Every once in a while they climb out onto the glass at night and I can see them the next day. Here is one and I was hoping someone could positively ID it.

Awesome! Thanks Paintbug, that article is interesting in that it states you can't have both Cirratulids AND terebellids. Only one or the other. I figured they were a great cleanup crew because I see their tentacles everywhere grabbing tiny particles off the sand, rocks, crabs, and corals, etc.

I also live in the dreaded earthquake state near a rather large faultline.
I'd never do glass here, and my downstairs neighbor would probably appreciate that.

Those scratches really only show in Digital Macro zoom on my camera anyway.

It'd be nice to live somewhere where I could use a glass tank but it wouldn't be Cali :(
