I purchased a Smart buddy booster pump for my rodi unit and added a second membrane. So now, and I hope I have it correct, I'm running water through two sediment filters 1 micron then .5 micron then through 1 micron Matrikx CTO carbon block then to the buddy booster. From the booster pump dish charge to another .5 carbon cartridge to dual 90 GPD membranes out to two DI's. My old rate of 5 gallons made in 2 hours is history lol. The system is now making 5 gallons in less than 30 minutes. As I have it temporarily hooked up in my laundry room it's a mess. I will get it cleaned up and installed in the fish room hopefully in a year or three lol
This buddy booster in my opinion is very nice. No restrictor's required. It automatically flush's for 18 seconds every time it is used, and I very rarely backflush [emoji15], and It has a check valve installed from factory. It's very quiet when running, after getting the air out
The following video is just turning water and power on. You will notice the lines vibrating which I'm assuming was air. It's not loud now after I ran 5 gallons through it

And this is the output
