there is a snail without a shell called a velvet nudibrach the average price on line is $25
they feed exclusively on flatworms once they are all gone in your aquarium they will die unless you pass them along to a fellow reefer with a flat worm issue
Polyclad flat worm eat snails. Do a search if you can on them. Theres been a couple post on them here lately. I have one wreacking havoc in my tank. They are very swift!! I've only seen it once in the past 4 months but it has killed over two dozen snails.
I pulled two of these suckers ouot of one of my tanks a couple years ago. All of a sudden it made sense why i had to keep replenishing my clean up crew.
In the pic where it looks even remotely similar to a a nudibranch(but not really), is where I would swirl the water in the container i had him in.....he would contort and then flutter down to flat. Very cool moving creature
