Snail ID Please

Hi. Thought my snails like this one were large nassarius but is this a whelk? If so, think I should remove it from reef tank? I have quite a few of these and have grown suspect of their motives.

Look at #93 of the critters list. Whether it is a good or bad whelk, not sure, but I would banish it to the sump to be safe. I had several from TBS rock that I relocated.
