snail, nudibranch or what is this orange gem?

Just found this gem crawling on my glass. Can you help id this gem? moves like a snail -- is it a nudibranch? tiny -- but is it harmul in my reeftank? Its a bright orange color, despite my poor picture taking skills.

If anyone knows what is is, please do tell!

It's an aeolid nudibranch, although I don't know which species. It will have been feeding on one of the corals in your tank, so you probably don't want to put it back in there.
