Snails and live rock

Came home from a trip to an algae bloom. Upgraded to a Fluval Sea Nano on my Fluval Spec V 5 gallon nano. Snails added. Are these guys stripping my live rock? Looks like they may be taking off the Coraline Algae? Thoughts?

Looks like the coraline died I doubt the snails ate it

Coraline requires some pretty perfect water quality like sps. Consituring you have an algea bloom you're definitly not at near perfect water quality..
