Snails: turbo v astrea v margherita

The population of snails in my CUC in my 90 gallon has slowly dwindled to zero. I'm going to replace them, but it's been a few years since I've purchased snails and I'm not sure what the best route to go is. Anybody have a preference?
Also, I'm a little suspicious of my long tentacle anemone. He sits right next to the glass and there's a little graveyard of snail shells right beneath him. This is also the place in my tank where deritus tends to accumulate (low flow). Is it unreasonable to suspect that he may eat snails off the wall of the tank?

About every 9 months I order more cleanup crew from Reefs2Go. Go get on their mailling list, they have killer sales all the time and shipping is cheap. They have an awesome variety too. I like to always have at least 40-60 snails and 40-60 hermits, and a couple emerald crabs, peppermint shrimp in my 90g tank. It lets me feed heavily and I know all the tiny morsels will get consumed.

I use only a few snails in my tanks ,now. There is little algae for them in the low nutrient system.
Trochus are a favorite,;they don't bulldoze like a turbo, Astrea are ok too. Margarita's are from cooler waters and survival in reefs at year round tropcial temps can be more miss than hit.

Don't wanna hijack the thread. Just a quick question.

I read this thread the other day and decided to give reefs2go a shot for my CUC. I ordered:
30 Blue Leg Hermit Crabs
5 Red Leg Hermit Crabs
2 Emerald Crabs
1 Brittle Starfish
20 Nassarius Snails
20 Cerith Snails
2 Mexican turbos
6 astreas
6 nerite

This is for a 75 gallon. My question is, this was a package and they shipped it for free. I figured, it would go out overnight or at worst 2day. I received the tracking info last night and it was shipped priority from florida and won't be here til friday (3-4 days shipping). Is anything going to be alive when it gets here!?

I don't know the answer to that, but since you brought this thread back up let me say that I went with astrea snails (x20) and they decimated the small amount of algae growing on the tank background. Tank looks extra clean.

Priority from Florida to Seneca Falls is 3-4 days?
