i had an order shipped last monday and i got it on wednesday. i bought the insulated box. i understand about the overnight shipping. my question is: are magarita snails not hardy. i lost all mine in the shipment. also, i lost one of 14 red leg baha hermits. i found it funny that i lost all the margaritas. they were in the same bag as my nassarius snails which were ok.
is there a way to get any credit etc for the loss? this was my first time ordering on line, and i am not sure if i'll do it again if it is normal to loose this much livestock.
