My Skimmer arriving. The build quality is AMAZING. you can see where the $$$$ go. Started skimming staight away. I just used some NSW from the bottom of my 220L container. must have some old pickle juice in there cuz the skimmer went nuts.

The other cool thing is the skimmer is so bloody quiet.

Whoa!! Aaron, this tank is going to be freakin' AMAZING! I am officially on-board! Best of luck to you in your setup my friend! You're off to a great start

Hey Aaron I remember you asking me about substrate just after I set my tank up last year.. If I could do it all over again I would go with a company called tropic Eden (Reeflakes)... This stiff looks awesome and not a lot of rinsing is needed. You can also get it live or dry. Here is a link where you can check it out.. Maybe you can see if it's available Down Under ;)

Can't wait to see everything hooked up and running. If you don't mind , could you post some vids of the PM at 25%,50%, 75% and 100% once you've got it going? I've got my 10 bulb on pre-order for a 60x30x20 tank. The wait is killing me.
