Snorkel at Key largo tomorrow, any suggestions?

I am going to the John Pennekamp tomorrow to snorkel and I was wondering what else should I do while I am there.

I would love to collect, but I don't know where is close by that i can do that.

Oh, and most importantly, where to EAT?? I've been to "Parrodise Island" (I think that's what it was called) and it was so-so. Any suggestions?
