snorkling camra?

so i know this question has probaby been posted a few times but i really don't want to try to search for it this late at night. i'm going cruising in a few months and was wondering what's a good point and shoot water proof camra with a decent macro mode for around $300? i did see the other thread about p&s for under 300 but didn't see any under water camras.

The Canon D10 seems to get solid reviews on the internet. That is one that I was looking into.

I got my wife a Panasonic TS1 for Christmas as it has great rewiews. Haven't had it out in the ocean yet though. It does take nice pics out of the water. Going to order the underwater case so i can take it diving as well.
