, any help are there bad to have in my tank.

Bristleworms are good, though in that first picture it looks like you may have aiptasia. That's not good... I would suggest searching for pictures to confirm that's what it is, then use epoxy/paste/kalk to cover it up.

The pink thing is most certainly a bristle worm, and thats a good thing to have!

Second picture could be a brittle star, or serpent star or something else, not sure with the picture. Just google serpent star and see if the pictures match up.

Above the bristle worm in the first picture, I agree with ZeeSparrow in that looks like it could be aiptasia.

Bristle Worm in first picture good,
Aiptasia in first picture bad.
Brittle star in second picture good,
Bubble algae in second picture bad.

If you have no corals right next to the aiptasia, you can squirt boiling water on to the aiptasia using a rigid airline tubing and a large syringe (preferably 50cc).

Welcome in. And yes, worms are almost all good, crabs are mostly bad (except the micro hermits).

Yes, as everyone else has said, bristle worm good, brittle star good, aiptasia & bubble algae bad. Check your phosphate levels and if high can water change, phosban reactor, feed less to get rid of algae (can also take that rock out and scrape the bubble algae off. Aiptasia can use the boiling water, laser burn them, also there is a product they sell for them as well as some other ways - just search the name and you'll get more info than you can imagine!
