i am not always on RC... i am mostly on during nap time.. and i try and see whats going on in the morning and evening while i check my email... but as of lately.. i really haven't been on at all...

try getting out of your toasty bed anywhere from 2- 8 times after you go to sleep. run around the block several times each time and then let us know how tired you are during the next couple of days. no. you don't get to sleep during the daylight hours the next day to make up for lost sleep the night before.:bigeyes: :bigeyes:
