lol.. that would hurt. I wish I could sleep in once in a while, but gotta go to work to pay for the tank expenses. :)

I would seriously think about that, but the market currently is so bad, I would probably take a bath or never be able to sell my current place. There are too many foreclosures driving the value of homes down. Besides, to buy a home closer to LA or OC would more than double my mortgage payment.
