So our female clown is learning to protect.

My Mag started wandering after a year, I'm thinking it's because my power heads need to be cleaned. I kept moving it back to a safer spot, it kept moving into coral colonies and getting snagged.

Well the clowns started getting upset they were living in a mobile home and weren't happen with the change of scenery along with my blue hand coming in and moving them.

Now whenever I put my hand in the tank or near the Mag, the larger Osc gets vicious and does her best to drive the evil hand away. Anyway, thought it was cute how they defend their home. I wonder how ticked she would be if eggs were involved.

I have a frostbite female clown that is really vicious like that over her clay pot. I can't put my hand in her tank without a glove on otherwise she will draw blood. She nips hard. The male in her tank used to be shy and docile, but now he is just as bad and goes after me too. It is like two clownfish piranhas. I feel your pain!

My female has settled down, she won't attack my hand on sight anymore. Got the nem settled down by changing the rock work around its perch and aiming the power head closer to increase the flow in the area. Hasn't moved for 4-5 days and is looking good again.

I really think the clown was getting upset the nem was moving around, along with my hand moving it around even more. The interesting thing, both clowns are now exploring the rest of the tank more. They seem a bit braver outside of the host.
