So what pump do I really have.

I got a 6010 kit from PA which comes with a 6000 which is what it says on the box but on the back of the pump I just noticed it says its a 6100.10. So which do I have since besides the label they look exactily the same.

The 6100.10 is the part number of the motor block, the transformer makes it a 6000 or 6100, if your transformer says 11V 20VA, 7210.202 it is a 6000.
