So what size hole drill bit to have a 1" bulkhead?

Well I was going to go to Lowes tomorrow and get a bit to drill my tank so I can install a 1" overflow in my 20H tank?

Ahh, just drilled one. According to Marine Depot, it's 1 7/8". Lemme double-check.

I quoted the siz hole for a heavy duty bulkhead.

1 5/8 for the normal bulkheads..most just drill with 1 3/4
