it's open today (Friday) when I went over there during lunch time.

Checked it out today. Looks much better then the old location although I hate that it is further away from me now.

The saltwater/reef section was being stocked today when I went by. Should be good when it is all up and running. Nice circular tank with a boatload of rockwork.

so i finally visited the aquarium concepts..and im impressed.. Lots of salt fish and corals FS and they are not even done with setting up yet. I will def be taking my business here.

Hello from the south.

What a store! I was in Pleasanton for the weekend for the Goodguys Car Show/Swap and had some extra time Friday afternoon. Looked up "Tropical Fish" in the phone book and found their ad showing the new location. It was right over the freeway from the Residence Inn I was staying at. When I walked in my jaw dropped. :lol:

I didn't want to mess with anything live so I bought 4 of the old specimen cubes to use as refugia on top of my prop system.

I've been in a lot of fish stores before but the amount of drygoods/supplies in this place amazed me for sure.

Hey SteveU - it was nice you could make it up to see their store.

When I visited there a few week ago the store was "getting there" (it was definitely moving in the right direction.

I was there yesterday and the store looked pretty done. A little buttoning up here and there but looks good!
