I was just excited about a new shop in town and I wanted to tell the club.

you may find that you will get a response from another MOD so find one and PM him and see if he can help you . its not always cut and dry here on RC so you may have just stated something wrong . you should get a printout of your infraction and the reason in your "my RC" and it will be at the bottom of your last PM separated from the others .
