SOB Chromis

Bastard bicolor chromis just nipped on my green star polyps. This little guy steps up to everything. I've seen him be aggressive towards my feather worms, banded shrimp (is bigger than the fish for now) and just bit my polyps. I'm going to have to get it out and return to the store before he grows. He reminds me of my African cichlid.

Any suggestions other than returning the fish?

First I'll try feeding the fish a little more. If it only picks on the gsp, maybe he will keep the coral from taking over my task!

I went ahead and moved my gsp to a high flow area of the tank where the chromis doesn't go. So far so good except now he's eyeballing the xenia. This little bastard is going to be a night mare as he grows.

You're gonna wish you had more fish picking at the GSP and Xenia when it takes over your rockwork in plague proportions. If you haven't already done it, isolate the the GSP and Xenia on the sand bed so that they can't invade and take over the main rock scape.

I think I can net him. He comes up for flakes.[/QUOTE said:
