An online store had these 2 corals for sale:

Medusa soft coral

They've already been sold but I was thinking of writing to them and asking if they can get some more. Before I do I was wondering what they were and more importantly if they are considered easy care.

I'm guessing the first is some sort of finger leather, but wanted to double check. I'm not so sure about the second... Googling the name came up with various corals. I'm trying to avoid anything like a dendro that needs target feeding.

the second one does look like more of a lemnallia/nepthea/dendro kind of looking leather vs the first one's more sinularia/colt looking.

That being said, I have been totally faked out of my shoes before and we end up looking at some bizarre Lobophytum or something that is the last thing one would normally guess :D

sinularia really come in a sick variety too. like S. dura, who would ever guess that was a sinularia or a mumps, so I really can't say here.

I will however say that #2 gets the cool vote from me.

Hehe yeah #2 looks really cool doesn't it? Lovely colour! :D
I'm still a bit worried about ordering one though... can anyone else postively ID it?
