I bought 3 softies yesterday and the lethers stalk kind of bend over, im running power compacts 260 watts on my 55 gallon.

The tank has been set up for like 4 or 5 months now.

That may be normal and will right themselves in a couple of days. They may also do this occasionally.
Some might tell you to double check the water quality. pH may be a little low and alk a little high for the leathers. Also make sure they aren't seeing high flow.

Leathers from my experience take about a week or so to bounce back from the stress of shipping, new lighting, and parameter changes (from their tank to yours). Give them some time and they should open up nicely for you.

both have still not stoof up and one leather is having some tissue decay on where it is leaning over. And the cabbage leater is lost its color now and is kind of drooping

More water flow might help if it is on the low side. Not blasting right out of a power head, but a nice dispersed flow can work wonders on unhappy leathers.

If the tissue decay isn't just minor surface damage, scrubbing it off outside of the tank or cutting it away, followed by a Coral Dip can usually stop it from spreading.
