My GSP, Zoas and Devil's Hand seem to be struggling, yet my Ducan has two new heads in less than a month. The GSP is hardly extending its polyps, zoas seem to be stressed and I haven't seen the green polyps of the DH out in over two weeks now.
40G breeder, 20L sump, Reef Octopus Extreme 200, Coralvue Aqualight Pro [250w DE 14000k Ushio lamp and two 65w PC actinics.]
[Using carbon at the moment]
Water Params
Temp: 79 F
pH: 8.0
Nitrates: 20ppm
Ca: 400ppm
Alk: 110ppm
KH: 125.3ppm
Phosphates: 0-.025ppm
The only problem I can think of is the amount or temp of light these corals receive.
What else could be causing this problem? Suggestions? Need pictures?
