Software error message

Hi folks,

I have a Profilux II, bios 4.05, w/ USB.

I cannot get the software v. 4.081 to run on Win 7 64 bit -- I get the error "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect."

v. 3.081 starts, but bombs out while trying to connect to the unit.

Any help here?

I'm getting very, very frustrated here since I've dropped close to 1k on this setup and ... it's not working.

This has to do with a Microsoft Visial C++ runtime library conflict on your system do a search on Google you will find a resolution

As Bob Highlights this is to do with a conflict on your pc and not related to profiLux, something is missing from your system to make the program run correctly.
