Sohal dorsal fin

I received a 3 inch Sohal 10 days ago. I noticed a clear little bubble on his dorsal fin. I was able to remove it with my finger nail so I didn't worry about it. Either the Titan Triggerfish or Lunare Wrasse has been biting the Sohal. Now the Sohal has a chunk missing out of his dorsal fin and the bubble has returned at the same spot. It's the size of a BB now. The Sohal is active, eating well, and likes to terrorize my dragon wrasse when its not hiding in the sand. Any ideas what this bubble is?

First thing you need to do is get it out of the tank with the lunar and Titan. I would isolate the fish and treat with some meds

I agree. How big is the tank?

What medication would I be treating the fish with since I don't know what the bubble is?

I would suggest para guard as a bath and watch for improvement. If no improvement then antibiotics may be in order
