Solana 34g w/ AI Nano

Has anyone put an AI Nano LED setup on their Solana? If so how did you attach the bracket to the tank? I've been told by ReefGeek and AI direct that it's going to require a shim since the smallest size glass it'll clamp to is 1/2" (probably for liability sake)..

Looking for ideas on how to shim this easily...

Do you want to mount it or hang it? I recently built my own bracket out of 3/4" conduit, put several coats of a mix of light textured spray paint and semi-gloss black and it looks great. If your interested I can send you more details.
