I am in love with the rock work! I love the openness and the shelves created for SPS madness!
Watcha think??
On Tuesday I should be getting my RKL with goodies, and at that point hopefully install the 1/10 chiller, Vortech Back up, Reactors (looking for Calcium Reactor), and of course wire management will complete once all is installed.
Also think I will try and get a custom reservoir made for DI, and start looking at hang on fuges.
Andrew, actually.. One thing that I learned is to try and keep my hands out of the tank as much as possible... I haven't (and won't) touched anything in the tank aside from cleaning the glass with the Mag.
The rocks are extremley secure and the skimmer is a new process to me, however I REALLY commened the design and ease of the SWC skimmer. I can see how they have a tough time keeping the new design in stock! Kinda like the Wii for aquariums.
I plan on getting the Aqua fuge hang on, and hang off the sump. I think this will be the best option for me and allow the openess look for me. Also I have read great things about the fuge's and it seems like best option. With this in mind, it really opens up my options for a DI resevoir. I found a little 4-5 gallon, that I can use in the meantime, but I do plan on getting some measurements and start looking at costs for an acrylic.
