Solorensis wrasse stuck

Hi guys , first time posting here- I woke up to my solorensis wrasse which previously had swimmers bladder I think- to him being stuck in my LR pretty badly. He's breathing heavily, I looked at the underside of the rock and there's no way I can grab his body. any advice? Thanks

I would leave him be. If he got himself in there, he can get himself out if he chooses.

What is the concern with the swim bladder?

Thanks for your input evolved. He was swimming irratically before this and seemed stressed, now he's (still) stuck. I will leave him I just worry.
