I have the same problem with the cerith snails...They just **** off the zoas they seem to open back up after a few minutes.

Where did you get that 2nd colony, I used to have something like that several years ago, freaking lost it when we first didn't have a cure for ZoaPox.

BTW- awesome score on the colonies, good to know folks still sell colonies of NICE polyps.

well CAR look like any other CAR under white bulb :lolspin:

I will try to get some pic of the purple one under regular lightning, it's hard to capture the color so I went blue for ease

Try to play with the white balance to get the real color.
Most people say the "auto" feature will do a fair job.

Found it among a bunch of radioactive and whamming watermelon zoa. Popped right out at me!

Do you know if it had a name? or just an unknown.

The ones I had like your pics in blue, mines looked like that under white lights...so its different polyps.

But the under white lights I sold some frags of that maybe 8 yrs ago or so?? Sold it as just pink/lavender with with striation polyps. LOL
