Some kindof pest in sps polyp hole...

all i can see is a small 1/4 long feather duster looking arms that pulse in and out kinda quick...?any idea what this might be? i dont have a camera good enough for this

Its a barnacle, harmless.

anyway to keep them from spreading? or get rid of them there are a few thanks
