wow that is awesome what type of macro lens would you recommend for a Nikon D3100?
@Op
Great pictures. What DSLR are you using with the Tokina macro lens? It is a great lens, I am planning to get one, too. Did you use a tripod?
@kutcha
As far as I know, Tokina 100 mm f2.8 macro will not auto focus on D3100. You need to focus manually.
You can get Tamron 90mm macro which cost lot low, if budget permits, you can get Nikon 105mm F2.8G VR lens. Both will work well with D3100.
The pictures are awesome.
D7200 is enthusiast level top end APS-C camera. I did not use it but from the reviews, it seems to be top notch. Its has a touchscreen LCD, too if I remember correctly?
^
Ok then might be D7300 is going to have the touchscreen, similar to D5500. Anyway, pics are awesome. But they can be even better if you can concentrate a bit more on accurate focusing. Are you using tripod and manual focus?
