whats up guys. i just have a couple questions. first of all, i'm running se 250w 10k EVC on electronic EVC ballasts. i was just wondering if anyone knows what the lifespan of the bulbs usually are...before the PAR goes to crap.

Hmm..maybe i should mention that I run them about 4 hours a day.

i would think you can get a year + out of them with no worries.

I'll agree. You might be looking at 1.5 years +

I'd say you are looking at more like 2 + years. I run my MH's for 12 hors a day and only change them every 10 months. If you only run them 4 hours they will last a long time.

I run mine 6 hours a day for 8 months. I could realistically go 10 months, but better safe than sorry. I don't want a shift in color or par. I keep the old bulbs for backup, you just never know.

If I run De halides 8 hrs a day how long will the bulbs be good? I can't seem to find any info on these.
