Got a really cool Thorny Oyster I gotta show off.
He is about 6-7 inches across and is covered in sponges and tunicates. Very cool.
Got a couple cucumbers today also

The thorny Oyster I am keeping. Hard to find them like that. Probably going to be another 2-3 weeks before I have anything available for viewing/selling Steve.

The "Thorny oyster" looks like it could be spondylus princeps or spondylus americanus. Do you know where it came from?

Do you know where it came from?

Well I am sad to say I really have no idea. One of my suppliers said he had something that he thought was really cool and he was just adding it to my order. I had no idea until it arrived. I will be talking with him again tomorrow and I can get that information for you.
