Don't stereotype the hobby based on some kids with additudes that have not been in it for long. Most of the old salts are nice guys with lots of good advice to share ( like they were trying to do here).

No, not at all, not all kids have bad smart a additudes. Many, are very nice, and appreciate it when other hobbyist offer help, advice, suggestions, etc..

mrpinkfloyd... I believe "kids" is commonly used to describe an immature attitude. "Child-like", "immature", "ignorant" all would have worked in place. Don't take offense bro We all were freshmen in high school once too.

There have been some attitudes on the forums lately.....I have been watching quite a few threads where people are jabbing each other....Must be a change in the weather or getting close to the 28th day.....If you know what I mean....

I feel you on that one. People need to relax a little bit, this is supposed to be an ENJOYABLE hobby, right?

No names need to be called out, but how about a little more optimism around here.

It seems like the threads have gone from "Nice zoas!, Great find!, WOW!!!" to "I've seen better, Get a life loser, I wouldn't take those if you'd pay me!".

Anywhoooo...

Ross, what kind flow and lighting do you keep these zoas under? Where are they most succesful? How much has your colony grown since you first acquired it?
