Hey all, Just thought I'd post a few of our tank shots, the aquarium is still a work in progress and we are trying to nuke the hair algae before adding any coral or LR. This one is a full on tank, fuge, and sump shot.
This one is a long shot down the side looking at the length, 6 feet! Moo the cowfish, spaz, and twitch the clowns.
This is just another shot from the front, It is a 180 gallon that I built out of acrylic, and I designed and built the sump/fuge combo. We run the fuge on a MJ900 passing thru a 18watt UV and then into the fuge where it meets a slotted baffle behind the center brace of the stand and then back into the sump where it gets returned back into the main tank.
These are the sweet little frags that Hos passed our way, (Thanks Frank!), My camera is kind of a P.O.S. so I cant get the macro shots I would like to, but these things are budding out like crazy!
And I think this is a barber shop goby (female?) who lives in it's little cave with a 1 1/2" Pistol shrimp.
We'll post some more later, but for now, I need to go sling drinks to enthusiastic, karaoke singing tourists, the longest 4 hours of my week. -Ben
