My Squamosa has been sick for almost two months now and no sign of improvment!! Hasnt really gotten any worse but certainly hasnt gotten any better. I dont have a clue what is wrong all I know is that it has horrible matle extention. The mantle is almost always with drawn. I noticed that everyday after the lights are on for about 3 hours the mantle show some extention but then on about hour five it retracts for the rest of the day. (LIghting and tank size listed on the bottom) shell stays open just mantle retracted. There have not been any signs of gaping that I have noticed. That is a good sign right? As long as there is no gapping does that mean there is still hope? I have already in the last moth tried on two seperate occasions a fresh water dip with no results. I am stumped. Im gonna try to get a photo up soon. Please help!

My water flow would be considered pretty strong I would imagine Im not certain to a exact amount in relation to G.P.H. I have some Acros so its pretty turbulent but it sits on the substrate next to my Derasa which is beautiful and full mantle extention. As far as fish all are very docile and none of them ever really bother the clams. Actually come to think about it my Clarkii did bother it for a short while almost as if it were a host anemone but I put a B.T.A. in my tank as soon as I saw this and thats been almost 3 months ago.
