He started out sideways, was upright once, & is sideways again, not in the cave but not in full light either (not the the light is bright any where in the tank). I thought about upside down but couldn't figure out how to get the rock & all fastened upside down.

Love my AquaMend LOL. All I can suggest is turn of all you flow. Spray him and the area around him with Cyclopeeze and leave it for 30 minutes then turn the flow back on. My does take vacations but none longer than a week.

I'll try that tonight.
Thanks
Jim

googled aquamend, I have some of the pink reef epoxy. Just couldn't think of a way to clamp it in place & didn't want to hold it in place long enough to set.

Jim mine has closed for 3-4 wks at a time before and comes back just as strong as always. I do believe something ****es them off and they close up but if you get things back in check they should open up again. In my case my salinity had jumped up to 40ppt, once I slowly brought it back down to 35ppt it took an additional couple of weeks and then it opened up again.

The pink stuff is ok but takes to long to setup when you are trying to mount something heavy.

Aquamend is way better in that regards. With a little crazy glue on each side it holds just about everything and sets up in a few minutes.
